All our excursions can be customized according to each client’s preferences and needs.

  1. Reservations

Reservations must be made through our official website https://cubaoutings.com or by directly contacting our team.

A reservation is considered confirmed only once our team has sent you explicit confirmation.

The client is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when making a reservation.

  1. Payments

Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery upon receipt of the service.

Payment details will be provided directly by our team during the booking confirmation process.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

Client Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the service date in order to process a rescheduling or refund.

Cancellations made less than 5 days prior may be subject to penalties or non-refundable, depending on the service booked.

Cancellations by CubaOutings:

In the event of cancellation due to causes attributable to CubaOutings (extreme weather, availability, logistical unforeseen events), a rescheduling or full refund will be offered.

  1. Documentation and Travel Requirements

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they comply with all immigration, visa, and vaccination requirements necessary to travel to Cuba.
